The Lab is Christiania Bryghus’s first brewery/location at Christiania.
We call it “The Lab” because, due to its size, we only brew on our 1 BBL (1 barrel = 118 liter) test system, while we are planning to brew at another location at Christiania later on, on a 10 HL (1,000 liter) system and have a taproom there, too.
The Lab consist of a 40 m2. bunker and an approximately 40 m2 house in extension.

As you can see, the area was not really ready from the start in March

Next week we’ll be working on the sides of the brewery, in front of the bunker (week 33, 2018)
